He is also deeply committed to compassionate care, with over 15 years of volunteer and community service supporting special needs individuals and families

With a master’s degree in accounting, she brings a data-driven, systems-oriented approach to building scalable recruiting pipelines and improving workforce stability.
Bari has extensive experience leading recruiting and operations across nonprofit and business environments and is known for building high-performing teams aligned with regulatory and client needs. She brings structure, accountability, and clarity to fast-paced healthcare staffing environments.

Summit Care Staffing is a healthcare staffing and services company specializing in recruiting and supporting hospitals, FQHCs, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare organizations. He also serves as CEO and Administrator of Sharpedge Inc., where he has led the construction and renovation of healthcare facilities for organizations with a strong focus on regulatory and safety compliance. With over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare staffing, facility operations, construction, and supply chain management, Wolf brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to complex healthcare environments. He is also a long-standing volunteer with Chai Lifeline, providing support to patients through transportation, coordination, and emotional care.
